Lawrence Kansas Radon is an online referral service. We connect homeowners with local, independent, KDHE certified radon testing and mitigation professionals. We are not a radon contractor, inspector or laboratory, and we do not perform, supervise or guarantee any radon work.
The professionals we refer you to are local, independent businesses that we understand hold current KDHE certification. We do not employ them, and we do not guarantee their services, prices, availability, certifications, licenses, insurance or results. Any agreement for services is between you and the professional, and we are not a party to it. Kansas requires radon testing and mitigation work to be done by professionals certified through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, so verify current certification and ask for references before you hire anyone.
Content on the site is general information about radon, based on guidance from sources such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. It is not medical, legal or engineering advice, and it does not tell you what radon level exists in your home. Only testing can do that. Talk with a certified professional about your situation.
When you submit a request, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are the owner or an authorized occupant of the property, and that you allow us to share your request with a local, independent, KDHE certified radon professional who may contact you as described in our Privacy Policy. It costs you nothing to submit a request through us. We may receive compensation from professionals for referrals.
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, submit false or harassing requests, copy or scrape the site, or interfere with how it works.
The text, design and other content on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal use, and you may not copy or republish it without permission.
The site links to other websites, such as government resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
